My name is Yarelis Sánchhez and I've got a problem with my printer. Receptionist: Ok, please hold in line so I can transfer the call to our technician. Thank you for calling us. Client: Ok, thank you. Technician: Good afternoon. What can I do for you? Client: Hi, I bought a printer three months ago and has broken for the fourth time. Technician: Ok, so bring it back to us so I can check it and if the problem doesn't have a solution, we give you a refound or a new printer. Do you have the receipt? Client: Yes, I have it. Thank you very much. Can I get there now? Technician: Of course. Have a nice day and thank you for calling the Repair Department.
